Narbonne Cows

During the summer of 2024, the streets of Narbonne were adorned with a herd unlike any other. Indeed, there was no sound of hooves, no recognizable smell of our bovine friends: these were resin cows, brightly coloured and full of whimsy, which took over the public space as part of the "A Summer in Narbonne" event.

An artistic commission

To bring this project to life, the city of Narbonne called upon Déco & Artisanat, a company specializing in the creation and personalization of decorative pieces. Their mission: to imagine and create original cows, capable of surprising passersby.

Each cow thus becomes a unique work of art, the result of artisanal know-how and joyful inspiration, designed to make people smile, intrigue and invite discovery.

A summer dedicated to creativity

The installation of these cows reflects the municipality's desire to offer residents and visitors a lively, friendly, and art-focused summer season. "A Summer in Narbonne" is not limited to concerts and entertainment: it is also an opportunity to reinvent the urban space through unexpected artistic and decorative touches.
