After order confirmation,Déco et Artisanatundertakes to deliver to its carrier all the references ordered by the customer in the shortest possible time. This carrier undertakes, by contract with the CompanyDéco et Artisanat, to deliver the order to the delivery address provided by the Customer, and provided to the carrier by the CompanyDéco et Artisanat.

In addition, for any delivery outside Metropolitan France, the Customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duty, value added tax, and all other taxes due under the legislation of the country. of receipt of the order.

With regard to the overseas departments and territories (DOM / TOM), the delivery costs will be increased according to the rates in force with the carrier.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

Delivery Methods

Delivery will be made by La Poste with Colissimo Suivi for all low-volume parcels or by courier service for all bulky parcels.

Delivery costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are likely to vary depending on the carrier's rates, as well as the different options subscribed ("Standard Delivery D+3" or "Delivery D+1 the next day before 1 p.m.").

D+1 delivery before 1 p.m.

For any request forNext day delivery before 1 p.m., the Customer undertakes to carry out hisorder the day before the day of delivery, before 12:00 p.m.. Any order placed after this time will be postponed to the next day under the same conditions.

Delivery "D+1 before 1 p.m." is not guaranteed on weekends and public holidays, so you cannot select this delivery service from Thursday 12 p.m. to Sunday 11:59 p.m.

Delivery delay

The average delivery times observed for a delivery in Metropolitan France are 3 to 6 working days, depending on the destination of the shipment. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. This period can be shortened or extended depending on the delivery option chosen. These deadlines are given for information only and without commitment on our part, and cannot be the subject of a claim for compensation from the Company.Déco et Artisanat.

The delivery times indicated on the order confirmation email sent by the CompanyDéco et Artisanatapply from the receipt thereof, except for orders paid by check or bank transfer, the shipment of which is effective only from receipt of payment.

Terms of delivery

The delivery conditions of our products are governed by the General Conditions of Carriage established by the carrier concerned according to the type of service used (La Poste or Geodis Calberson).

According to the General Conditions of Carriage of the aforementioned companies, we inform you that:

  • bulky parcels are not delivered upstairs but are delivered at least to the doorstep of the house or building.
  • delivery is not necessarily subject to prior appointment. However, it is the Customer's duty to leave a telephone number with the Company in order to be reachable during the day.
  • if the Customer is absent from his home during the delivery, a notice of passage will be left in his mailbox with the contact details of the carrier, so that the Customer can contact him again within 24 hours and make an appointment for a second presentation.


By signing the delivery slip, the Customer accepts the products delivered as they are and therefore no claim relating to damage suffered during transport will be accepted. It is the Customer's responsibility to carry out all checks and make all detailed reservations upon arrival of the equipment and to exercise, if necessary, any recourse against the carrier.

It is up to the Customer to check the contents of the package at the time of delivery and to formulate reservations, if necessary, on the delivery note in the presence of the carrier. These reservations must be sent to the Company, within 2 working days from the day after the date of delivery of the package, failing which the right to claim will cease to be acquired:
